Anne Hathaway's active lifestyle while on holiday in Hawaii

First the 31-year-old actress injured her foot while swimming in the robust ocean of Oahu and then she narrowly escaped a scary riptide. 

Fortunately Anne had her husband Adam Shulman close by to tend to the first wound on Tuesday.

Wrapped in a bright green patterned sarong and wearing a flowery head scarf, Anne covered her eyes with her hands as her 32-year-old husband gently brushed the sand away.

Adam made it all better when he tenderly placed a clean bandage on the trouble spot.

That day Anne was seen jumping into the ocean for a dip, but perhaps the current was too much for her as she was seen bobbing in the waves, neck deep in water.

Lucky charm: Fortunately Anne had Adam close by that day which was upset by a swimming mishap

In Oahu, the happy-go-lucky attitude that anyone can handle the surf often gets visitors in over their head literally, especially in times of medium-sized yet strong waves that pound the hard sand in shallow water.

Fortunately Anne's mishap appeared to be minor and required only some tender loving care from the mister. 

Ever the adventurous, Anne also tried her hand at Boogie boarding that day.
